The doctor (who was none of the official doctors on site this time around) was very nice, caring, and eager to listen. She was very good and I would recommend her.
The staff at the desk was also very nice and trying their best (we had an emergency and they managed to get us an appointment and wait not too much)
But we have had a terrible nurse. In fact, my son said that he had met a witch. She should not be around kids because she clearly has sadistic tendencies. She was very cold and bossy (he is very sweet so that is not needed), hurt his arm to take his blood pressure, and then when time came to check his throat for lab work, she simply put the stick in him extremely violently. So violently that he threw up everything that he had had such a hard time to eat in the morning. After that, she was very sweet and that is why you can see that she is a sadist who takes joy in giving pain: she said “on. my poor boy” as if she had has no responsibility. It was quite terrible.
So the bottom line is that I like the place, the doctors and most of the staff. But this nurse is highly inadequate (having no kids herself, she has no clue how to handle them, and she is a bully and a sadist. Beware!)

Honestly way better than the Ontario location. I actually felt heard with my daughter’s symptoms. They were fast , friendly , the staff was great and the Dr. was very informative.
